how to put youtube parameters on Video ID in media

when using a youtube video as a feature media, you paste the video ID there, but i dont want the info or the controls in the video. i know there are some parameters you put at the end of the link but this does not work. do you what can i do to achieve this? and tell me if you understand or not so i can explain better.

Video parameters can be set for the Muffin's Builder VIDEO item only. You can not put them anywhere else. If you will go to Muffin Builder section and you will add VIDEO item, you see the field of Video parameters.
