how i can disallow  comment on pages as i already allowed from betheme option area but now i can not find it to stop

this allows comment on every page is annoying for my company website  http://emkaspor.com.tr/ please have look at my website front page and see for yourself the problem

comments for pages can be disabled under Theme options > Pages > General section.
