The sticky menu background becomes transparent when viewed from tablet pixel size. How can I fix this?

As we can see on http://pasteboard.co/2qvWY7w9.png the menu does not have transparent background. However, we think that you might did the screenshot of very small screens where is not enough space for the logo and menu items to be in the same line. In this case, we suggest to use smaller logo on mobile.

Is it possible to display a different logo for Tablets and smaller?

Yes, you can set mobile logo under Theme options > Responsive section.
