Continue Shopping on Cart Page

Hello, first off great theme.

I am using Woocomerce setup and on the Cart page there is no "Continue Shopping" button. 

Is there are way that this is toggled on and off in the settings? Or is this something that is blocked by the theme setup as it generally would show?
