Contact forms with two columns

Do you know which, if any, of your demos have a two column contact form using a dropdown menu? I need something to model after. I tried adding a drop down menu myself, adding the classes & column one-second like the text boxes had, but it didn't work:

Hi,

we are sorry but we think that we do not have any demo with 2 columns of CF7 fields. Anyway, as we can see, you have 2 columns already on your site.

Please check in Firefox. The columns are not laying out correctly. Looks good in Chrome though!

Ok, we see what you mean. Columns does not lay correctly because of the browsers rendering. What you can do is use the following css:

.wpcf7-form .column:nth-of-type(2n) {
    clear: both;
}
