Close gap on mobile site

Please could you let me know how to close the gap visible on the mobile site which appears around the sub-heading. I can see the global adjustment in the CSS, and have tried to limit this to mobile only, following guideline on the discussion forum, but without success.

You assistance would be greatly appreciated.

As we see, you have right top bar active which is empty. So to remove the space where this bar is, please hide right top bar under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section.
