site speed times

Hi

My sites are reporting low page speed times, any recommendations on improving these, Google pagespeed insights are suggesting minify css, js files
and  Leverage browser caching. 

Will minifing  css and js cause any know problems?

also switching to static .css  how should i do this in version 11.5

we suggest to start from W3 Total Cache [Links visible only for registered users] plugin. As you can see on [Links visible only for registered users], theme loads under 2 seconds what is very good result when you look at those all included plugins, options, full hd images and other stuff.
