i can't find 'header top bar right' on options of theme to make my changes.
i am using charity theme.

Hi,
the image you tried to paste, does not work. However, can you tell us what theme version you use? Because you might not see some options if you do not use latest theme version.

So that is the reason why you do not see some options. To get all current options, please update theme to latest version.
