Migration of complete website

I've been researching complete migration of website for a few hours now, but I still find it a bit confusing and hope that you can clarify it for me.
I need a website transferred from a draft subdomain to a domain, not yet though.
I need options, media, custom css, all content, pages, so basically every little aspect of the website so it won't need any changes after the website is migrated. The way i understood it you have to deal with SQL and other things separately, is there no way you can just transfer everything from one domain to another? In the future I'll need to do this a lot as i have a web agency, so I'm looking for the fast and easiest way possible to do it.
I hope you can help me with this, or just elaborate how to do it or where to research it properly.

while moving websites, we use 2 tools only: WP Migrate DB plugin and Mfn CB Migration Tool. Using these tools, you can move site without any problems.
