Disable parallax effect on mobile devices

Is it possible to remove all parallax effects on tablet and mobile devices globally for an entire site?

Hi,

no, it is not possible to disable just parallax effect but if you want, you can disable background images on mobile completely and display background colors instead under Theme options > Responsive section.
