Transparent Drop-Down Menu

So I'm using the Portfolio Theme and once I size my browser window down
and my site becomes responsive and I click on the menu, the drop-down
menu does not have a background. Please help me find a fix for this! Thank you!

please send us link to page where you don't have responsive menu background first so we can check what might be the reason.
