Shop page Navigation Arrows

Hi, I'm not sure whether I'm in the right category.

I wanted the navigation arrows (prev/next buttons) to remain on my shop page. 

But the only thing that I'm having trouble is the prev/next buttons & my woocommerce shop page & sidebar categories doesn't follow the same sequence.

1) What does the current prev/next buttons follows? (product ID/product title/product date)

2) how do I customize the sequence of the products according to post name?

Hey,

1) For products we use get_adjacent_post() function which is wp's default. As you can see here https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_adjacent_post there is no information how this function order products so to be honest, we don't know by which parameters products are ordered.

2) We are sorry but it's not possible unfortunately.

1) It's incredible that there are 2 arrows without a known logic below, it's really incredible

2) the best I've made is this: if you open the file: content-single-product.php  (in be theme/woocommerce) you can customize a little the call to the function, for example if you want to "confine" the prev/next arrows to the category of the product shown, you can modify these 2 lines:

// prev & next post -------------------

$post_prev = get_adjacent_post( true, '', true, 'product_cat' );

$post_next = get_adjacent_post( true, '', false, 'product_cat' );

I've been searching the site and forums - those two bottom arrow - the fixed-nav-prev and -next - they are turned off on the BEDemo pages but I can't find what controls them - they are turned on for our site... and we don't want them. (since we can't control the sequence)

What Theme - Page - Option turns these off?
