What Is The Correct Static CSS Code To Be Added?

Please since the last 6+ releases i guess, my static CSS code stopped working completely. Your static CSS section of the documentation is not working for me since the last 15+ releases. I would greatly appreciate it if you can save me some debugging time and inform me of the latest static css code that is required to be copied to the style-static.css.
In addition to that, an update of your documentation regarding this matter would also be greatly appreciated.

what is the link of your site where static css does not work? We did not changed anything in theme that may have an impact on static css so we don't know where the problem might be exactly.
