BeThemes Disappeared from my site...completely gone

Hello-- on Feb 25, I purchased & installed BeThemes on my site.  I created a home page for the past two weeks.

Today, when I logged into Wordpress, my site is blank.  I get an error that reads that BeThemes is not installed.  It completely disappeared.
I received several emails from Envato that says that BeThemes has updates available, but I do not see them...can't find them anywhere.  Is this why BeThemes uninstalled from my site?

Please advise.  Critical.

    Also, I tried to reinstall and received the following error message:  

    Could not create directory. /home8/leekybeh/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/

    Theme install failed.

    Hi,

    this problem is not related with theme at all. If it disappeared, you should look for a problem on server side. All information should be in logs and that's why you should contact with your admin.

    In reference to 2nd question, please contact with your admin as well because if directory can not be created, it means your server does not allow to create directories.

    Found the problem.  It was caused by the parent theme update.  I needed to install a child theme.  It was not on the server side.

    My server can create directories.
