One page menu

Hi, 

I am trying to create one page menu for just one of my menu items (e.g. for services > design, services > maintenance, services > installation). I want services to be one menu item and all of services/maintenance/installataion to be submenus in the same page. I don't want the whole site to be single-page, so I cannot find a way to figure this out. Could you please advice me on how to proceed?
