Decrease Mobile Header Area

I uploaded a separate, smaller mobile logo, but there is a lot of dead white space. How can I reduce the size of the mobile header area?

you got this space because you forgot to remove "Right Top Bar" section under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section.
