problem with background menu

Hi

I have a problem with custom menu background.

On the home page is the background image correctly, but other pages image does not appear.

A console I get the following message:

Please, Please, is there anyone who can help me?

If someone can explain in Spanish, i undesrtand better, but if is not posible, don't worry

Hi,

You must contact with your admin and ask him why the images does not display because this is not related with theme at all.
