betheme plugin support

Hi

i'm trying to install and run ninja popup plugin, however it is not functioning at all. So i tried using free plugin "wordpress popup", it works however the countdown timer on betheme builder disappears.

please help i need to put up a popup on the website that works without destroying any elements on the betheme.

I disabled the betheme countdown and ninja form and then activated uji countdown plugin along with popup builder (this appears automatically within 4-5 sec)
