Change color of image on hover

I need help on how to change the color of images on hover with the newest version of Rev Slider. I'm using the HOVER feature but it isn't working the way I need it to. The website is www.murifoundation.com and I want the words FACE, BREAST etc to change color on HOVER (they already link to the appropriate page.

Any help is appreciated!

this requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer.
