Muffin builder content has vanished

Hello, after my internet dipped and the page I was working on crashed whilst updating on refresh all the content in the muffin builder has vanished. I cannot find any previous versions of the page either to restore from.

Can you give me any idea how to get my previous version with all my content back please?

Same problem, different error: after the mysterious content's vanishing, now it's impossible to me to make any modifications at the Builder in that page: every time I update/save the page the modifications i've made dissapear.
What could be the problem?

Thats a PHP problem - get your host to increase the limit for you.

Hi guys,

you are unable to save the content only because of the limits on your server side. More details about that you can read in the following topic http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/7689/muffin-builder-items-or-page-options-can-not-be-saved-max-input-vars

P.S. If you want to get back to the time when the content was fine, you must contact with your admin and ask him for a backups.

Yeah, I managed to eventually salvage it after 8 hours of emaisl to my host. Its not a file back up you need tho, its the database back up, where the content is stored. Yeah?

Could it also have something to do with upload speed with my broadband? I'm having serious problems with my broadband and site keeps timing out. I've got my PHP limit raised to the max and have been told thats the most I can get - but already this morning it's happened again and again.... Fortunatley this time I've saved a back up copy of my page just incase it happened again.

@camdav That's really weird then. Did you checked if all limits under Appearance > System Status are ok?

I did and I just changed the time limit from 60 to 180... Much much much better. Cheers for the heads up mate.
