Hi! I need to buy Revolution Slider and Layer slider? I can not install the theme because this 2 plugging!

Hi,
no, you don't need to buy those plugins. Both are included into package and can be installed from Appearance > Install plugins section. Or if you don't need them, there is no need to install them.
