Header image disappeared after adding a menu. How do I get it back?

Hello,

I've been working on a site using the 'Firm' demo template and had an image as a header without a heading or text over it. As soon as I added a menu, the wraps/elements below the header moved up and now cover the image. 

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I am not an incredibly experienced developer and would appreciate any help I can get with this issue.
