Unable to Add Items to Muffin Builder - Button Is Nowhere To Be Found

I just installed my theme with the Taxi demo, When I edit a page the muffin builder gives me no option to add an Item. Is there something I'm missing or need to activate. The only options I get are add wrap and add divider.
