I am using the "tourist" demo and it's "no responsive". How can I make my header like this? Please help me.

unfortunately we don`t have this kind of layout. Instead we can recommend only something like at http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/barber/ (logo is also centered as on attached screenshot).
