I need help for the instalation

Hey,

I bought the BeTheme and the instalation does not work.

Step 1.

I download all files & documentation

Step 2.

I go to my Wordpressite and upload only BeTheme.zip

Step 3.

at 100% appear the report:

Internal Server Error.

What can I do. Please help me. Thanks

Hi,

you must contact with your admin because "Internal Server Error" is because of the limits on server side and only your admin would be able to help. If you want, you can also try to import version without plugins which is much lighter.
