template layout

Hi, it appears that your builder lays things out in rows. Let's say we have 3 columns in one row and each is a different height then we have another column beneath that. Is it possible to make the column beneath that display right under the row above or because the columns are different heights will it take the the highest height and start the next row underneath that?

For further clarification, please take a look at this page: http://www.meganhickmandesign.com/about/

The first row has three columns, two paragraphs of text and then an image. The next row is a column with testimonials but notice how the testimonials don't come right underneath the two paragraphs of text but starts below the image. I see why it might be doing this because the height of the image but is there a way around this without having to change the height of the image? and place the testimonials to be closer to the bottom of the paragraphs of text using your muffin builder or would we have to custom code the page and/or change the height of the image?
