Icon box and link

Hello,
i want to use an icon box in a website. visible here on the bottom of the page rcarre.ch/charte/
But i don't get why when you click on the logo or even on the text it doest redirect you to any link
I didnt selected a class of anything right now just choosed an icon in the icon box shortcodes and added a link.
Shouldnt it work ?

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.
