Swap order of columns on mobile

Is there an option to "push" or "pull" the columns on this page so that when viewed on mobile, they are in the right order? http://www.greatdanefunding.com/about-us/

It should go 1. image of girl with pen 2. Our Philosophy 3. image of people around computer 4. Our Culture text. 

Essentially I want to swap the order of #1 and #2 on mobile. Is there an option for that or do I need to set up a media query?

Hi,

we are sorry but it is not possible. In responsive mode, content is read from the left to the right side and it's order can not be changed unfortunately. It always goes by rows.

Why isn't this possible? Bootstrap allows this to be controlled.

Sorry but this is not possible, there are too many options to include such a function. It would lead to many issues.
