Using BG video on home page. How to have an image alternative for mobile device?

Hello. I am thinking of using a Background video on the home page similar to the one used in the Be Party Theme. This video does not play on mobile devices. How can I have an alternative Background image to only display on mobile devices that will not reproduce the video?

we are sorry but it's not possible unfortunately. And the background videos does not play on mobile because are simply incompatible.
