hi, can u please let me know how to remove lineing from icon background . and when mouse over in to icon why it is pixelating .

To remove cursive lines in the background, you need to use the following css:

.icon_box .icon_wrapper { background-image: none !important; }

In reference to 2nd question, this is how this css hover effects works and there is nothing what we can do in this case. The only thing you can do is cheat your eyes with the following css:

.icon_box:hover .icon_wrapper::before {
    border-radius: 46%;
}
