Set Link to Nofollow on Buttons

Hey,

Here is the Site i am talking about, http://creatin-fit.de/vergleich/
(Im Talking about the 3 Products, where you can see the big pictures)

So on my Page i have some Affiliate Links.
I have two options to Place them. First i can paste them into the Article box, so they can click it.
Another way is to use a Button below the Pictures.
But how can i set the links (just those links at this side not all the links) to No Follow?

    Hi,

    this can be done in theme files only because we do not have any option to set no-follow attribute for links. So if you want, you can do this under functions/theme-shortcodes.php file which is responsible for all items and shortcodes.
