After installation, I get a fatal error

I installed the theme via upload on wordpress admin panel.

I get a fatal error right away when trying to view the main page. Please assist

I did that and I am still receiving the error. Please assist. Can't even use the theme at this point.

i just tried installing the theme with no plugins via FTP and still nothihng. I am receiving the same error when i go to http://www.redpill.la/test/bsg/

I've redownloaded the file from themeforest and tried installation both ways and i'm still receiving the error. 

Can you assist or should I just request for a refund?

I deleted the function is_product() in the theme-head.php and it seems to work now. I can't get rid of how the footer is half of the whole bottom page. How do i edit that?

Deleting functions is not a good step. Instead of that, we suggest to remove theme files completely via FTP and upload them once again because the problem might be that some of them are corrupted.

As we can see, in the footer you have widgets that came with the import. And because you did the import several times, they are duplicate. All widgets can be controlled under Appearance > Widgets section. More details about it you can read on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#footer-widgets

P.S. You can always ask for a refund but if the problem is not related with theme, you won't get it. For any refunds, you need to contact with Envato directly.
