Sticky Header option missing

HI.  I am building seven similar sites on BeTheme.  I am on number 4 and it's the first time I want to make the header NOT sticky.  I went to change this option and the entire option is missing.  I went back to check the first three sites and it is the same on all of them.  Probably because I just kept copying the first site as a starting point.  But, now I am confused that I'm missing a file or something:(  Please advise.

this problem is related between your Chrome and osx version. More details about this issue you can find on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/1078/muffin-betheme-options-buttons-not-showing-on-off-toggles-buttons-missing-solved

If you will update to latest version, ON/OFF buttons will appear.
