Update Causes Formatting Errors
Hi there, I recently updated from BeTheme version 8.7 to the most recent version via FTP. I'm assuming because the builder itself had many updates, it threw off the formatting I had in place on my site (full width items were no longer full width, fonts and colors changed, my logo and navigation were missing). We've always used child themes - not overwriting the content in the theme folder. What's the best way to update the theme and maintain formatting? I was lucky to have made a backup and was able to revert back to a working version.

all formatting in Muffin Builder was kept. So if you lost something, it means that you did those changes in your child theme and unfortunately in this case we won't be able to help because in reference to Item Support Policy, such customization are not allowed.
