Button Colors
I have added a button to http://arnettmedical.com/payment-info/, but I cannot get it to look like the ones you have with your shortcodes. When I put in a background color, it changes the text color and when I put in the text color, it changes the background on rollover. I just want a blue button with white text.....

you probably changed general style of buttons under Theme options > Global > General section and that's why it does not look as you wish.
