The title bar on inner pages are too high

Hello, In my site, the bar where the title of each page is located is twice as high compared to the demos, what can I do to reduce it?

Another question: Why can't change the color of the title of the inner pages? (the tittle of subheader, in the images on red) you do not have such option included, how can do it?
