freeze on iOS when typing in form text input field

I cant type anything in the input field when i'm using iphone or ipad or macbook. but it works perfectly when using android or windows. i am using gravity forms for woocommerce product and contact7 for contacts page. both are same on iOS.

I cannot type in the text input. date input or selection input seems fine
