is it possible to copy and paste content os this css file to betheme option css area
and delete those files is this possible ?
as its cousing my website page speed problem and google wants me to optimize them

this requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer.
