Woocommerce Product Page Image Lightbox

Hi,

I'm currently using the 'woocommerce product page shortcode' on a normal page since the page needs some customization (It's easier than editing the automatically generated product page).

The image lightbox gallery doesn't work when clicking on the product images.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, now it works. As we can see, http://brilliantwhite.co.za/product/advanced-teeth-whitening-kit/ page where prettyphoto works, is WooCommerce page but http://brilliantwhite.co.za/best-friends-pack/ is a custom page that was made by you. This page does not look the same from the code side and that's why prettyphoto does not work on that page the same as on woocommerce one.

Does the BeTheme not support prettyphoto while using Woocommerce shortcodes on a custom page?

I can't use a Woocommerce page since the page needs a lot of customization, therefore, I used the Woocomerce product shortcode on a custom page.

I've never had the Woocommerce prettyphoto ability not work while using a custom page and shortcode.

Thanks again for getting back to me.

The shortcodes I am using are the official Woocommerce shortcodes found here https://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/. They are provided by Woocommerce in the documentation.

I am using the shortcode [product_page id="98"] on the following page: http://# (Where prettyphoto is not working).

Shouldn't BeTHeme support the official Woocommerce shortcodes?

Is the prettphoto conflict caused by Woocommerce or the theme?

Yes, theme supposed to support WooCommerce shortcodes of course. We did checked what you mentioned above and product_page shortcode works fine except when gallery. We found where the problem is and this will be fixed with next theme update.

HI again,

I updated to the latest version you put out a few days ago (Version 12.7 – April 17, 2016).

It seems that prettyphoto still isn't working on the product page shortcode.

Hi,
Your theme is very outdated. Please update the theme and wordpress to the newest version. Also update woocommerce and disable unnecessary plugins.

Could you help me to update it? I don't know how to do that... I bought the theme two years ago and is the same I still using but I renew it in order to get help in this forum but I don't know how to upgrade it.

Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:

Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Delete the theme folder from your FTP and install the newwest version from themeforest.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.
