Getting error while installing theme

Hello Mate,

I have tried installing be theme to my domain. But when i am trying to importing the demo data i am getting "WordPress function wp_remote_get() test failed. Looks like your server is not fully compatible with WordPress. Contact your hosting provider.

Error: connect() timed out!" This error. 

Can you please let me know why it is coming as i am already using more than 20 sites with this hosting provider.

Hi,

Looks like your server does not support wp_remote_get() function which is a default WP function btw. wp_remote_get() uses loopbacks and this could be the reason why you are unable to import complete pre-made layout. So or you will contact with your admin and ask him if he can remove those limits for you or you need to import demo without paying attention to errors and after that import muffin options manually.

But i am already working more than 20 sites with this hosting and i dint found any this kind of error is their any way from where i can do this manually.

It does not matter with how many pages you are using. We are just telling you where the problem is because this is definitely the problem. Maybe other themes were not using this function and that's why you did never had this problem. Like we wrote, the problem is definitely on server side because this is default WP function. It means your server is not fully compatible with WP.

If you will have a look above once again, you will see that we gave you link to import settings manually. But before that, you must import demo with errors.
