Mobile format

Hello, I am using a full page sliding revelation for the top of the first page, here is the link:  www.TajikKarate.com . I am able to scroll down in desktop and laptop, however , I cannot scroll down in Mobile. Could you please look in to this issue.

So the problem is that we cannot view all the contents in first page in mobile device.
