Masonry Gallery Shortcut do not organize images as a Masonry gallery aligning images to the top ones (is creating empty spaces in between some of them).

Hi,

looks like you are using a shortcode which is a part of JetPack plugin. So to use it's options like masonry, you need to deactivate our Gallery Shortcode | Disable option under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section.
