Nuance in Header Heights.

Is there a person I can email my site too... as it's on my testing server and I don't want the URL out there... there is a nuance... when you click on say the home page and then go to another page... the main-navigation area moves about 6 or so pixels down... it is relatively slight but noticeable. But when I go from one non-home page to another I don't have that problem... When I inspect the elements... the <div class="logo"> is 121 px on the home page but is 127 px on the non-home pages despite the header/logo area being exactly the same on all pages. I thought it may be the content on the home page but I removed that and it still is happening... I looked at the CSS and it appears to be identical and I didn't do any customization that would cause that... I do have some CSS customization but I removed it and tested it and still have the issue.
