Is it possible for your them eto have a top bar like this?

Hey,

to make something similar, you can use Banner field under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section where you can use html code to create similar things like on site above.

Hi there,

I have tried this code with some text but I still cannot get it to look similar to the above linked example.

I am trying to sell this to a client they are ready to purchase a license now but want to see a similar bar of contact details. Can you perhaps assist me with the correct code and i can purchase immediately

Please assist if you can, I really am trying to get them to buy your theme over the other one.

What you ask for, requires much more customization than just simple css what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer.
