Theme switch from Betheme to other Muffin themes

Hello Muffin support!

We want to switch from Betheme to another theme that has built-in Muffin builder (Falco or something similar).

We have some muffin shortcodes in pages like http://robotics.benedettelli.com/publications/lego-mindstorms-ev3-lab-book/ and we want to know if changing the theme will mantain all functionalities.

BeTheme is totally different than other our themes so after switching, you may lose most content and options.
