Changed domain name - Custom CSS is missing

I've changed my domain name, but now all my custom css is missing in Custom CSS & JS.

I have a full backup of my database, I can see the custom css is in wp-options, but when I import the database it all gets removed.

What do I do to retain my custom CSS with new domain?

Hi,

while site migration, we always use 2 plugins and did never had any problems with content or settings migration. Those plugins are: WP Migrate DB and Mfn CB Migration Tool.
