HOW CAN I STICK A POST ON TOP OF A CATEGORY??

I´ve tried with a plugin called category sticky post but i haven´t got good results. When i add a new post the sticky post goes down. Is there any other option to do this? Thanks for helping.

We don't know unfortunately because we did never tested this plugin.
