Menu Bar Width

How can i manipulate the menu bar width? i would like it to be nearly the full width of the page.
Out of the box it is set to somewhat like 80%.

Hi Ben,
we are sorry but it is not possible to manipulate menu bar width because for menu width is responsible javascript.
