video doesn´t hide controls

hello guys , can you tell me why the parameters on web video on muffin builder doesn´t hide the controls?  i want to inster little muted videos with loop and no controls, thank you

Hi,

to remove controls, you need to use autoplay muted option.

i  done that , nothing happens , finally i gave up and make the thing on revolution slider thanks anyway
