How to get the menu bar on every page

I created a new page (http://gezonderafvallen.nl/koolhydraatarm-dieet). The menu bar that I have on my homepage (http://gezonderafvallen.nl) is not showing here. How do I do this?
I can't find it in the previous threads.

Hi,

you chosen "Blank page" template while page creating/editing. While you create/edit page, you should choose "Default template" instead of "Blank" http://snag.gy/3lxCH.jpg
